Liquid level float , also known as a buoy bob, round, cylindrical, oval or similarly shaped objects, made of a rigid or flexible material, floating in water and other liquids. They are non-electrical hardware that is often used as a visual visual indicator for surface demarcation and rate measurement. They can also be incorporated into switch mechanisms or translucent fluid tubes as components in monitoring or controlling liquid levels.
The float liquid level, or float switch, uses the material buoyancy principle (differential density) to follow the liquid level. Solid coatings are often made of plastic with less density than water or other application fluids, and therefore float. Hollow plates filled with air are much denser than water or other liquids, and are suitable for some applications.
Stainless Steel Magnetic floats are magnetic floats tubes, used for switch reed activation; they have a hollow tuba connection through it. This magnetic float has become a standard equipment in which strength, corrosion resistance and buoyancy are required. They are produced by welding two and a half shells that are pulled together. The welding process is very important for the strength and durability of float. The weld is a full penetration weld that produces seams that are smooth, almost indistinguishable from the rest of the floating surface.
