Video LTE frequency bands

Bandwidth and channel bandwidth

From Table 5.5-1 "E-UTRA Operation Band" and 5.6.1-1 "E-UTRA Channel Bandwidth" of 3GPP TS 36.101, the following table lists the specified frequency bands of LTE and channel bandwidth supported by each band. The replaced band is marked with a gray background.

Spread by region

The following table shows the standard LTE bands and their regional usage. The main LTE tape in bold print. Frequency bands for future use and use are highly unlikely in print italic .

  • Network on LTE 7, 28 (LTE-FDD) tape is suitable for global roaming in ITU Areas 1, 2, and 3.
  • Networks on LTE 1, 3 (LTE-FDD) tape are suitable for roaming in ITU Region 1 and 3, Costa Rica and Brazil and partly in some Caribbean countries.
  • The network in LTE band 20 (LTE-FDD) is suitable for roaming only in Region 1 ITU.
  • The network in LTE band 5 (LTE-FDD) is suitable for roaming in ITU Areas 2 and 3.
  • Networking on the LTE 38, 40 (LTE-TDD) band enables global roaming in the future (ITU Area 1, 2 and 3).
  • Network on LTE band 8 (LTE-FDD) enables global roaming in the future (ITU Area 1, 2 and 3).
  • Networks in LTE bands 2 and 4 (LTE-FDD) are suitable for roaming only in ITU 2 (United States) Territory.
